♥︎ Hi, I am Rava, a head of design, art director, digital designer, and speaker. Colors, shapes, and animations are my language, through which I clearly tell complex visual stories.
⚑ I have worked in the design industry for about 15 years, mainly in IT. I led several design teams at Yandex, My.Gams, Vk company, and Skillbox, where I was responsible for brand and interface design.
I have been involved in the development and launch of several new products: Yandex Plus (including Yango Plus Israel, Yandex Plus Central Asia, Yandex Plus City, Plus Dali, Plus Travelers, and Plus Kids), as well as the companies VK (which includes GeekBrains online university and Skillbox online university) and My.Games (including American Dad! Disney/Fox, Planet of Heroes, The Big Deal, and Blast Brigade).
✸ I serve as a speaker and judge at various conferences where I talk about digital design, creative thinking, the importance of gamification in products, graphic design, and the relationship between visual design and product development.
